English Premier League – Betting Tips
Premier League Betting Tips – 3rd – 5th November 2018
The following are betting tips for selected fixtures in the English Premier League, covering matches taking place between the 3rd and 5th November, 2018.
Bournemouth vs Man United
Despite Man United’s recent improvements, individual mistakes still haunt them when it matters on the big occasions. Bournemouth – in stark comparison to their visitors – are playing with real confidence. Howe’s side are relentless in their work rate, with the Cherries averaging at two points a game. This will be a test for both sides; however, a win for Mourinho could signal a real turn around in their season. Form suggests this will be tight, however, a price of 2.14 for a United away win against Bournemouth is too good to turn down – they’ve won here in the previous two seasons.
Man United win @ 2.14 with Smarkets | Stake £10, return £21.40
Wolves vs Tottenham
A Saturday night fixture is a rare occasion in the Premier League; this fixture looks tasty enough to stay in for. Wolves have been rocked by back-to-back defeats at the hands of Brighton and Watford as Nuno is tested for the first time in the Premier League. Pochettino’s side were lacking that quality in the final third against Man City on Monday, and with speculation arising over the Real Madrid managerial position, will the Spaniard’s eye be off the ball? Wolves are due a goal, however, Tottenham, and Harry Kane, thrive away from home
Both teams to score @ 1.80 with Smarkets | Stake £10, return £18.00
Over 2.5 goals @ 1.92 with Marathon Bet | Stake £10, return £19.20
Man City vs Southampton
City are looking dominant this season, with strength in depth covering any injury concerns they may encounter over their campaign. Southampton, on the other hand, are looking like relegation candidates. With just one win all season, the Saints are marching to the bottom three, with Danny Ings the only likely candidate to add to their six goals this season. This one could get ugly, with City looking ruthless on home soil.
Man City -3 handicap @ 2.51 with 188 Bet | Stake £10, return £25.10
Chelsea vs Crystal Palace
After suffering a back injury against Man United a fortnight ago, Eden Hazard looks likely to return against an unpredictable Crystal Palace side. Their 2-2 draw with Arsenal last week has drawn some positives for Hodgson’s men, however, just two wins in ten outings has seen them struggle to escape the bottom half of the table. Chelsea are looking to remain unbeaten in the league, putting pressure on Liverpool who have a tricky test at the Emirates this weekend; Morata struggled again midweek against Derby so Giroud could be in contention to start against a physical Palace defence.
Chelsea to win @ 1.29 with Bet Victor | Stake £10, return £12.90
Over 2.5 goals @ 2.60 with Betfair | Stake £10, return £26.00
Huddersfield vs Fulham
Both sides are in desperate need of a win in this Monday night fixture, with the Terriers and Cottagers occupying two of the three relegation spots. Huddersfield don’t look like scoring, however, Fulham can’t stop conceding; an intriguing battle to see whose attack or defence is worse. If Fulham can play the positive football that earned them promotion to the top flight, Mitrovic and Schurrle could punish Huddersfield on the counter; an away win would be of huge concern for Huddersfield’s season
Fulham to win @ 3.30 with Bet 365 | Stake £10, return £33.00
