English Premier League – Betting Tips

Premier League Betting Tips – 22nd September – 24th September, 2018

The following are betting tips for selected fixtures in the English Premier League, covering matches taking place between the 22nd September and the 24th September, 2018.

Man United vs Wolves

United are back to winning ways after dispatching of Swiss outfit Young Boys midweek. Wolves are still finding their feet in the Premier League, and are managing to win close fixtures. Lukaku – importantly for the home side – is back to scoring ways and should get chances against this Wolves defence. United have conceded four goals in their two Old Trafford Premier League matches so far; Wolves certainly have the creativity to trouble Jose’s favoured back-line. United have lost just one of their last 49 matches against promoted sides. This one will be closer than most!

Wolves +2 handicap @ 1.44

Under 2.5 goals @ 1.95

Leicester vs Huddersfield

Leicester got beat up on their trip to the South Coast to face Bournemouth last week; pressure is now firmly growing on Claude Puel in the hot seat. Huddersfield’s biggest problem is their lack of goals – just two so far this season – and with 11 going in at the other end it’s a huge concern for Wagner. Despite their issues, the Foxes look good enough at home, and should be able to punish the Terriers’ frailties. Huddersfield have won just one of their last 11 meetings.

Leicester to win @ 1.55

Both teams not to score @ 1.70

Crystal Palace vs Newcastle

Palace are still an unknown quantity this season. With Zaha they look fantastic; without him they look vulnerable. Their talisman has scored 75% of their goals so far this season, so the South London side will need to develop their play elsewhere. Newcastle are struggling in 19th, still without a win this season. In their 10 combined games, only 8 goals have been scored between these two sides; this should continue at the weekend in a frustrating fixture.

Under 2.5 goals @ 1.70

West Ham vs Chelsea

With a win at Goodison Park last weekend, West Ham have finally started their 2018/19 season. It doesn’t get easier for them on Sunday though, with Sarri’s five stars out of five Chelsea making the short trip to the Olympic Stadium. Hazard has scored or assisted in his last five games for Chelsea, and with the Hammers not keeping a clean sheet so far this season, the Belgium will be licking his lips down the left wing. Chelsea look susceptible at the back, still, and the form of Anderson and Arnautovic could pave the way for a home goal. Chelsea should escape unscathed, in what is always a tasty fixture.

Both teams to score @ 1.66

Arsenal vs Everton

Everton have an abysmal record at the Emirates having lost eight and drawn four. That, coupled with last weekend’s shock defeat to West Ham, doesn’t set the Toffees up for a positive arrival in North London. Arsenal are looking capable of outscoring a majority of their opponents this season, but with fragilities at the back still apparent, they may make tough work of this Sunday fixture. Goals a plenty, with a draw showing the value.

Arsenal-Everton draw @ 4.50
